Fitness Schedule

Class Description

Group Cycling

Do you have your ticket to ride? Stop by the front desk and pick one up no more than 2 hours prior to class time. Only 10 slots available for each class, so reserve your spot and join us in the back room behind the Child Care/Gymnastics Facility.

Fitness Expansion

Check out our new 4,800 square foot fitness center. We have added more strength and cardio equipment, 5 flat screen TVs and LOADS OF ROOM!

Teen Time at the YMCA

Hey Teens! Join fitness instructors Barbara Marsh or Carrie Johnson in the Circuit Weight Room as they demonstrate proper, safe and effective strength training. Free to members age 13-17.

Days & Time:
Monday-Thursday 3:30-5:30
